about me
Hi, it’s Alessia here!
I’m 28 and I hold a degree in African and Asian Studies. I’m a freelance, self-taught photographer and social media manager.
I use photography as a way to say something to the world — to explore themes like equality, social justice, and human rights. My personal projects often focus on the resilience and dignity of people living within social and political struggles.
I dream of working as a photo reporter in conflict areas, using images as a vehicle for truth and awareness — a way to help people see beyond their own borders.
When it comes to events such as weddings and celebrations, I shoot in a reportage style. I don’t want to create a fictional narrative of your day — I aim to capture real emotions and genuine connections, without artificial poses or constructions.
In a time when almost everything feels staged, I choose to focus on reality: the imperfect, spontaneous, and deeply human beauty that makes us who we are.
